Today, I’m introducing one of my fellow members of our WANA1011 group.  Kristin Lamb offered a class on social networking and 100 eager apprentices (including me) joined her WANA1011 group. We’ve learned a lot from Kristen and bonded as a tight WANA1011 group (WANA is an acronym for We Are Not Alone).

August McLaughlin is a health writer, journalist and novelist in Los Angeles.

Considering her longstanding passion for mysteries and thrillers, she wasn’t surprised when her attempt at a memoir turned quickly into a tale of suspense, entitled IN HER SHADOW. She is represented by John Rudolph of Dystel & Goderich Literary Management and is in the midst of completing her second novel, BEAUTY COMPLEX.
